reactivating your subscription

  1. If your subscription has expired, users will see a notice when trying to login
  2. If you are the Billing Admin, you will also see the Chargebee billing portal as part of that notice
  3. Click on the Chargebee billing portal
  4. Add your payment method and save
  5. Click on your subscription
  6. Activate the subscription
  7. Exit
  8. If you are returned to the expired screen at step 1), click logout
  9. Close all browser sessions running #stratapp
  10. Open a new browser session (please make sure you use Chrome or Safari) 
  11. Go to app.stratapp.ai and login
Note
  1. Your content saved prior to subscription expiry will not be lost
  2. You will not be billed for the period the account was inactive
